LAT 9 on Ebay

Based upon the bid price for the LAT 9 yesterday,
I'm glad I have wheel locks on mine.

I know that LAT 9's are concurs correct, but can
they are a pain to mount tires and balance.  Besides
they are only 13in and tires are getting hard to find.
If you would ever happen to damage one, you are SOL.

I would recommend SS's LAT 70's over the LAT 9's.  
At least you can get a replacement if required.
