Air Compressor choice

Are the Campbell Hausfield air compressors at The Home
Depot any good?  I would want to use it for the
occasional painting touchup and other car guy related
activities.  The 5 HP 25 gallon one said it was not
good for a DA sander which I may want to use here or
there.  I know this subject has come up before, but
the archive is gone and now I am ready to plunk down
some cash (and a gift certificate)
