  Steve failed to mention in giving me credit for completing the Cooling
Section that he was the one who had to take the time fit my scans into the
web page. This included attempts to get some of the illustrations as clear
as possible. I hope to have a good number of the sections to Steve shortly.
But he is the one who does much of the final fitting into the web site.
