A quick look at the E-Bay low-rise manifold reveals a few items.

1) this is a low rise manifold to fit a Ford, but there is nothing in it
to indicated it was intended for a Tiger, 260 or otherwise.

2) There is no provision for a Lucas temperature sender thread. The pipe
threaded object seems to have been used for a water heater, not a
sender, and needs modification to fit the Lucas straight thread sender.
There is NO adapter that allows proper fit, including helicoil inserts.
Welding up the hole and re-tapping to 5/8 18 straight thread is required.

3) A low rise manifold is not a very good choice for performance, so why
put on a 4 barrel if that is not what you are after.

4) The price has already gotten to the region that a LAT version
(American sender thread repair still necessary) Edelbrock F4B high rise
manifold with significant performance improvement, as well as stock
appearance. The only difference is the thread for the sender.

The condition looks good, but no view of the thermostat opening and
threads is shown, so their condition can not be ascertained.

My $.02
