The official racing colors for each country are adjudicated by the FIA.
For the United States, since they ran out of single colors, it is White
and Blue.
You don't really think Shelby painted his cars that way because he was
copying Cunningham's C-5's do you?
Thailand is yellow (racing color), as the Prince used to race regularly.
Not sure about Canada. Don't know they ever entered a Canadian car in a
Grand Prix or Le Mans as a country, but there is sure to be one (or more).
However, a quick look thru http://www.fia.com/homepage/selection-a.html
might reveal that Canada has colors, but they don't mention colors on
the site.
