Hi Scott:
You might check the TEAE website. They had an article on cooling tests
that they did last summer. Included was a junkyard fan shroud that (I
think) started life as part of a Taurus or Sable or something.  Anyway,
they spelled it out in the article and seemed positively disposed
towards it.
