Chuck's mails say more about Chuck than they do about Curt. We know Curt, and he has always treated us with the best service, and I'm sure will continue to do so. In twelve years of my business I have only one customer who just will never be a happy person. We just referred him to a competitor - better he bother the hell of of them than us.
