Alan and Tigers,
There is a rather extensive, but not quite complete, reproduction of the
Rootes Factory Workshop Manual section on Brakes (thank you Bob Palmer),
which does cover the servo. But, Alan is correct, this is a difficult
job, at best.
There is also a link list of several commercial organizations that
rebuild Girling hydraulics and servos, and even sleeve bores with
stainless and brass. They are located in the "TigersUnited Info"
heading, in the left side navigation bar, under the hot link "Links -
Online Resources". I even found one in England, but the prices are not
much different, and don't include shipping.
Take advantage of all the great information on this site, prepared to
answer just such questions.
