        Chris,  Sorry to hear of your misfortune but in the future you may 
want to use an escrow service especially when your talking big bucks. I have 
been saved more than once by using      iescrow.com   ,and it only 
inconveniences your time but more importantly you set up the terms of 
exchange, even an inspection period, and they dont release the money to the 
seller unless your satisfied.  later Joe Overton
