Centerline modular wheels are sealed using only a big thick bead of RTV in
the joint between the two main halves. It lasts for about ten years or so
and then starts to leak, at which time the RTV has to be replaced.

to all those who asked. the rim was a three piece design that had a o-ring
on
each side of the rim that matched up to the center piece. i took the rim
apart
and cleaned off all of the old glue and used blue rtv to make a new seal.

it work, who knows? the only other choice is to buy new rims since
revolution
has not made a three piece rim in ten years! i will let you know if it holds
tomorrow!!
