Dear Listers:
It is with sadness that I must announce that I am passing the torch (and
keys) to my beloved Mk1A to Paul Andrews of Moorestown, New Jersey. I have
loved this car since I first test drove her back in 1967 at Ted Block's West
Covina Sports Cars. She was a sweetheart then and she is still my favorite
girl. We have been through a lot over the years, most of it fun (except for
that time on my way to Tigers United and had to replace a waterpump in the
dark of midnight with no help along the highway near the glorious bend in the
road called Manteca).
Anyway, I know Paul will take good care of my Tiger (he has a REAL 427 Cobra)
and I have the time to dust off my other two Tigers (barely runners both of
them) and clean up my garage. I remain your supplier of exhaust systems,
hoods, throttle cables and apparel. I also remain a fervent Tiger lover.
Keep on Tigerin'...and if you see Paul tooling around New Jersey with a big
smile on his face, give him a wave.
Jeff the Tigerman
