Larry,

As you may recall from your TAC training, the rivets used to attach the 
Tiger VIN (chassis I.D.) plate ARE unique.  The observation of whether or 
not these rivets still exist on a Tiger submitted for TAC inspection is 
specifically noted on the completed TAC certificate.
