Steve,

That's a common problem when the gas tank to filler neck hose has a crack in 
the small pipe that connects to the upper fuel tank balance hose. Rick & I 
both sell new ones if needed. I would also check all the large lower hose 
connections between the two tanks that run along the bottom back of the trunk.
