Tim,

On your need for oil filter on Tiger with headers.

Can't use MotorSport right angle filter with headers. Need
original stock system, or similar design made from remote oil
filter/cooler bits. They sell block adapter, hose ends, hoses
cut to suit, remote oil filter holder, most auto parts stores
(cheap). Can provide reference costs, if desired, but not
difficult to find at Pep Boys or PAW, or Summit.

The filter holder can be mounted under left front fender,
although difficult to reach. Another option used is a bracket
to the left front cylinder head, similar to stock position,
but with the filter holder bracketed, rather than the filter
in a cylindrical holder as stock.

A used original system in good condition can cost you $200 +,
used condition. Hoses can be replaced at auto air
conditioning specialists who can swage new hoses on original
ends. Factory duplicate rebuilds have sold for $200, but
do-it yourself should run about $65.
