PA listers

Any listers in PA?  As a new state resident, I am wondering what's 
the best strategy for registering a Tiger in PA (antique vs. regular,

a good inspection station in Pittsburgh, etc)?  I doubt this question
will interest too many other folks, so please contact me off list.
