Mario, I looked in the garage and could not find the rebuild kit that I
used 3 months ago.  I also remember a large washer like piece that was
not used, but I though I remember that the instructions told what
applications it was used for.  

Anyway, I did not use it, and there was nothing like it in the original 
cylinder.
