I sent out the Traction Master information a couple of times, but in case you
missed it, They are still in business, they are still making (again) Tiger 
Weld-on
and Bolt-on LAT bars.  I recommend the bolt-on.

Traction Master is still in Los Angeles. The bars sell for about $120.00 plus
                                    shipping and are painted, not powder coated.
