Washer pump

Hi,

I got a new washer pump for the Tiger restoration but I don't have any of
the other parts required to install it in the dash.  I'm sure I need a knob
but there must be a some other parts that I don't have.  The hole in the
dash is a lot larger than the diameter of the pump shaft housing so I
suspect there must be a bezel as well?

If anyone can clue me in on what I need AND if there are any suppliers out
there I'd appreciate a note.
