safer fuel tank

there's a local tiger here which has an aluminum fuel tank which sits in the 
spare tire cavity.  the owner says it is a 'racing' tank with an internal 
bladder to prevent spills.  i don't know where he got it but if you're 
curious i could look up his phone number.
