Listers,
I apparently have failed my grade 12 reading comprehension test. The Book of
Norman on ebay currently includes a professional supplement for any missed
pages.
Many lister's were good enough to help me with my oversight.  
I certainly did not want to cost anyone a sale and on the contrary hoped to
help by providing any missing info. Next time I will be more cautious in my
enthusiasm.
