maybe this tac program needs to be a funded program. so it can reach
more people. i think that a taced tiger would increase it,s valve a lot.
and that if i was a owner of a un taced tiger i would not mind opening
my wallet to get it that way. face it,it going to take money and
personal effort to get the tac program out of the crawl mode .
