The PO on my MK1a re-routed a new metal fuel line to follow the curve on the back side of the front wheel well (closest to the engine, NOT on the outer body panel) It then proceeds underneath the car rather than underneath the carpet. Is this safe? I would be worried about a shredded tire eating the fuel line. Is there any "safe" route? Chris ===== |
