San Diego British Car Day

Today was the day!  There were about 250 British cars on the display field.  
The Rootes Group was represented by 6 Tigers, 6 series Alpines, 2 Supreme 
Alpines, and a Hillman Super Minx convertible.

Best of marque trophy for Sunbeam went to Ed Stewart and his 1953 Alpine, 
beautifully turned out in dark metallic blue with fawn interior piped in blue 
to match the exterior color.

'Twas a wonderful day to sit in the shade and sip a cool one or two.
