Folks,
This thread has possibilities, try replacing the
radiator fan with a squirrel cage. Insert squirrel from
northern climate (perferable from Northern England to keep
the Tiger "original").
When squirrel gets hot he will run the fan
to cool off himself and the Tiger. The leak in the radiator
will keep him well watered (and maybe drunk from the antifreeze).
Just open the hood to throw in a few peanuts for food.
Squirrel cage will automatically empty onto cross member
and then down to the ground. This should free up a good
5 to 10 hp previously wasted on driving the fan.
