Confession: I have trouble telling the difference. However, Susan can
discern a Ford about 85% of the time; we live in what I always called
The Chevelle Capital of the World, lots of street machines, no
distinction to the various Chevys and the odd Mopar (and one _nice_ AMX)
running around here. But we'll be in the back yard, she'll hear a rumble
from a passing car, she'll turn to me a say "Mustang" and usually be
right unless it's a Fairlane or F-150 or something. Perhaps, Jay, you
have musical talent, like she does? Shoot, with my hearing, I'll just
say I can tell Handel from Black Sabbath and leave it at that.

Congratulations, Chris. And if you lived a wee bit closer I'd offer you
my truck to practice on, but not my Tiger.

Spinning tires isn't an end in itself? :^) And it _can_ be a function of
more than HP vs. contact patch. My old Datsun 510, with a whopping
1627cc's and 205/60-13's, could break loose going into 4th. But it had a
Datsun Comp (now Nissan Motorsports) racing clutch intended for a 240Z,
either it was engaged or it wasn't, no in-between!

There was a tech hint a while back (a few years) in one of the
newsletters about using, I think, T-bird lower BJ's; but you may already
know about that one. If not, I could probably dig through my old tech
hints and find it. Yeah, A-arm mods were required.
