New Holley on a 5.0

Hello All,
I have been off the list for a while and am coming back
with a question.  I finally have my 5.0 liter in my car and
bought a new Holley single pumper 600.  I was wondering
what jetting people are running or where you think that
I should start?  I have a stock 5.0, headers & Flowmasters
(3 chamber) exhaust.  I think I am close but would like
some other opinions.
