I apologize for my reply to your post, but I just couldn't resist...you asked
the question, then answered it, which I thought was kinda funny.

Yes, it's a Ford part, which I would think is available many places.  I would
try a wrecking yard, or just some Ford nut that has lots of old engine stuff
lying around.  As a last resort, visit your Ford dealer and pay a princely
sum.
