I think it could be a problem. My Windsor Jr. heads required that I
use small headed header bolts to attach my S.S. sourced headers AND I
had to fab up a trick (1/4" drive) plug socket that has the plug
socket ground down to about 3/8" deep AND I use the small sized plugs.

Be aware that many aftermaket aluminum small block
Ford cylinder heads have relocated spark plugs and/or
exhaust ports. I don't know if this is a problem with Tiger
headers but
