Well, I got a card and a stamp; still cannot send it. I lost the e-mail
I had printed out with the "new" address, could someone re-post it? And
perhaps the correct spelling of his last name?

Thanks for writing it that way. I was looking at my old LAT 5-1/2's, the
weld-ons that had been bolted on, and saw what looked like 7-M or W-L
under all of the crud and rust. OK, now I think I know what it reads and
that they're, ahem, "original".

Aah. The Garage Queen has one, and I'm glad it's not original. It looks
like a spring for a wooden screen door, attached by poking the ends
through two holes in the frame and fork. Not even Desmond you-know-who
wouldn't have done it that way.

Concerning Stu's wheel-stud issue:
If you haven't fixed yours by now, I never did find the stock # for the
Moroso studs I used on the rear of my car; I wanted new front ones so I
picked up some at the speed shop yesterday. Moroso #46150, 7/16"-20 x
2-7/8" long, 0.480 diameter "knurl". Not sure what diameter to drill the
hub out to, I e-mailed Moroso and am waiting on an answer. BTW, these
are way too long and must be cut down, which is not fun, and then have a
conical tip reground to facilitate getting the lug nuts on. I don't
think they'll ever break, though. Also BTW, they come in sets of five,
so you'll have some left over.
