IMHO, Gordon has hit the nail on the head.
Although I think a FAQ would be nice, I do not think it is or would be any
kind of a panacea. As a newcomer several years ago, I bombed the list with
what some oldtimers considered to be stupid and bombastic
questions.....matter of fact, I still do! The deal is this: our wonderful
tool here in this list is the opportunity to learn from the experiences of
others and then to take your own path predicated on the input you have
received. Actually, though I was flamed about asking "cooling" questions by
some, the answers I got from others really helped me to chart my own path,
based on my driving conditions and needs. For that solution and the
assistance of the list in arriving there, I am eternally grateful.
I for one want the "newcomers" to continue to ask "bombastic" questions, as
I think they will continue to lead to new and creative solutions....they
will keep us thinking. My two cents. If someone has already gone here,
please accept my apologies. I have been outta town all week and have 200
more e-mails to sift through.

A PS to Gordon: Get a shroud and install it. Take all cooling problems one
step at a time. IMHO, a Tiger needs to run at 190-220 degrees. To quote
the masters: "If it ain't pukin' fluid, it ain't overheating."
