I have experience with the RE 92 model on bigger cars, and I use them as a less expensive alternative to Michelin. $49 seems like a good street price for them in the 185/70/13 size. They do have a lower tire tread life rating (160-180) as opposed to 300+ for Michelin, but they are half the price. Make sure you figure in the freight price, usually about $7-8 per tire when you’re buying a set over the phone. |
