True, but this is not a requirement. Green became an unlucky color due
to the number of racing drivers killed in green (read British) cars.
Hence, BRG is rarely seen on racing cars.
There was an item reported in Road & Track back in the '60's (when John
R. Bond was still the publisher) about Jackie Stewart checking into a
hotel. The desk clerk asked Stewart if he was superstitous. Stewart
replied he was not. The clerk asked if he would mind having room 513.
Stewart said it wasn't a problem. A few minutes later, Stewart was back
at the front desk demanding a different room. 513 had a green door.
