Presumably Paul was running R-compound tires for more than their great looks.
The GT qualifiers don't quite measure up to the 008R for traction and longevity
on the track. Has anyone tried to fit the Yokohama A032 215/50-13 on their
Tiger? With LAT-70's? I know that it would be better to mount tires this wide on
7" wheels.
