He might want to make double sure that his race group (maybe SVRA?) won't
frown on aluminum heads in a "vintage" application. Most every group, while
they are willing to bend the definition of "period correct" to varying
degrees, definitely draws the line at aluminum heads unless they were
homologated in the car's racing history.
