Lucas Alternator replaced with Toyota single wire 75 amp system.
Lucas starter rewound and bearings replaced with Tomkins.
All rubber parts replaced with US rubber to original shapes.
Exhaust sytem replaced with stainless steel
All flexible hydraulic lines replaced with stainless braid covered
All hydraulics sleeved with stainless bores, including servo-booster
Enamel paint replaced with hardened, color sanded, and rubbed acrylic
polyurethane
All jute and burlap insulation replaced with modern materials.
All wire insulation replaced with modern materials.
Brake linnings replaced with hi-po carbon fiber
Calipers lined with stainless steel sleeves.
Engine decked square on all sealing surfaces, including side-plate.
Vinyl dashboard replaced with hand finished knurled oak
All non-structural bolts, screws, nuts, washers and lock-washers replaced with
polished aircraft grade stainless
All structural bolts replaced with correct American grade new bolts,
magnafluxed.
Interior and exterior handles and hinges replaced with stainless to original
design
