Stu: I traced the rotted remnants of my trunk panels onto 1/8" plywood. I
cut @ 1/16" inside the tracing to allow room to fold the material over the
edges. I then used black padded vinyl to cover it. Not to hard to do,
looked a lot better than cardboard crumbs!
