Underhood heat

With a Texas summer fast approaching, I have follwed this thread with
interest. I have finally gotten the underhood heat reduced considerably
by installing a 14" electric fan in front of the radiator. I am
considering installing a six row oil cooler and would like to know how
much this will affect overall coolant temerature. Can anyone provide
some numbers from experience?
