I do have one (not for sale), but you might try

out-of-print, and used books. They will take your order for the book and
notify you if they get hold of one. They do not charge unless they find
the book . They notify you of price and condition before requiring any
payments. Been trying to get a used "Performance Tuning Sunbeam Tiger",
Gordon Chittenden, 1967 for months through them. While not successful, I
did get a "new" reproduction of adequate quality from Sunbeam
Specialties.
If there is something specific in Mike's book you'd like to know, I'll
see if I can accommodate you.
