I believe I stuck something thin through the clamp and mounting holes (an old, small phillips screwdriver) to allign them. While the wcrewdriver was still in place, I had someone squeeze with 16" channel lock pliers. It went together very simply.While holding, remove screwdriver and install screw. I suppose a "c-clamp" could be used in place of the channel locks if an extra person is not available. Mark |
