Mark,

Used a leather punch pliers with rotary punch heads to make center
holes. Placed tonneau hole over post. Put Dot top on the hole to get
angle, and mark material for angle indexing. Used Dot bottom over hole,
align with index, and use Exacto knife to push thru bottom piece and
tonneau material. Assemble and peen over assembled fastener prongs with
small hammer and drift on a piece of wood.

Couldn't allow much slack for shrinkage as Robbins tonneau barley allows
fastners on material. Hope your tonneau has a center strap behind main
zipper. This should be fastened to back of arm rest with twist-top
fastener to keep tonneau tight at speed, instead of flopping around like
a flag.

Good luck, and don't put your fingers under the Exacto blade as a
back-up, use wood.

Steve
