I believe that the bill becomes law after 30 days on his desk, unless he
vetoes it. Since he has 772 "presents" from the legislature in this
condition, I quess it's priorities and squeaking wheels that get the
attention. May there's enough political s--t to go thru, that it gets
into law by default cause he too busy with the other stuff.
Or, maybe CARB is up there blowing in his ear about "lost revenue"?
