Scott, good luck finding a kit. The price keeps going up and up. Long ago
I was in the business of rebuilding power brake servos and much later I
decided to rebuild my Tiger II 7" unit. I had two problems:. The main
aluminum cylinder was pitted and had to be honed too much. The second
cylinder ( in series with the first and much less than 1/2" in diameter) could
not be repaired because the seal supplied in the kit was the wrong size.
I finally gave up and replaced the booster with a brass fitting.
