     Possible Solutions:
     
     Duct Tape.  Man's solution to all problems.
     
     Or maybe monofilament fish line, so the chin strap wouldn't be 
     visible?
     
     Visor vents, like NASCAR roof flaps, to kill the lift if you start to 
     get any.
     
     How about one of those "Tilley" copies of that Australian outback 
     number with the side folded up?  They come with a neck strap.  EMS has 
     a copy for about half the Tilley price.
