Factory tool kit

I am looking for the factory tools to complete my MK II .

        - wrenches SUPERSLIM & Mr. KINGDICK.
        - pliers.
        - screw driver.
        - hub cap puller.
        - tool pouch.

These were the ugly black, rusty, and clunky bits I used to get with my
Alpines, and promptly threw away as soon as I got my first Sears Craftsman
tools. I would like to buy or trade with parts that I have.
