Rearend info

I am looking for a rearend for my series II with 2.3l turbo project car. 
 I'am thinking about a tiger rearend but I don't know much about them. Could 
someone please answer the following,
What kind of rearend are they?
Were they used in any other vehicles?
Are they expensive?
Can you get tall gears?
Is posi available?
Are disc brakes easy to add?

Also if anyone else has any ideas on a different rearend to use I would 
welcome any input.
