Tried to send this message last week but the mailer-daemon said it couldn't
be sent for three days. Here 'tis again:
The August issue of Classic and Sportscar magazine has a four page color
spread on the Humber Super Snipe Mark IV! Doesn't that just get your li'l
ole heart all pitty-patter?
It also has an article on the Sunbeam Talbot Alpine Register National meet
(with color photo) and a bit about the STAR tour to Holland. Ten Sunbeam
Talbots left and nine returned.
The September issue promises a feature article on the early Sunbeam Talbot
ragtops - Tens through four litres. This should be a chance to learn more
about the sporting machines in the early days of the Rootes brothers.
Norm Miller posted the thought that this is a good time to be on vacation -
being self-employed, I have to ask - What's a vacation?
