The fellow with the wood dash boards is Frank E. Lawson. His
company is called Antique Auto Woodwork, 3135 Ramblewood Road,
Sophia, NC 27350. Phone: Shop 910/475-1867; Home 910/861-1418.
He had a Tiger/Alpine dash in solid maple for $120. It looked
nice, but did not have the highly polished surface of the veneers.
The cost on those goes up to $200, depending on the type of
wood. He had some Triumph and MG dashboards in various
woods and they looked real nice based on a quick
examination. Custom dashes would cost more depending on the
amount of extra work required.
