Chris, You need to smog it when bringing it into the state but not after that if it is a '65 or earlier. I bought my Tiger is Arizona and had to smog it only the first time. The smog requirement sheet that you can pick up at the DMV or CHP confirms the '66 and later rule. Steve W. |
