Before you throw your inductive timing light against the wall cause 
it DFW, make sure you aren't trying to use it on solid core ignition 
wires. Like you'd find on a racecar.

Either use the oldstyle light with the plug end connector thing, or 
substitute a resistor wire for plug number 1 temporarily.
