I run the Vega rims on the BE with 185/60-13s, they fit on a BE fine, but on
the MKII the 185s rub (OK lock up on) the rear fenders, thus bobbing or
flairing IS necessary, wheel spacers are not. The 13X5 rims that I have on the
MKII have too small of an offset necessitating the offset racing springs. Now
if I could find a set of Proxes RA-1s for the MKII, I'd put the wheel spacers
in and have good (1/8") clearance inside and out ;}

I believe Vega GT rims are 13 x 6" and 175/50-13 tires fit on them nicely,
but on a square body Spridget you have to run wheel spacers on the back and
flair or bob the fenders...
